Cycling Collectible Chicago Schwinn Continental from 1973. This is a Large Frame at 22" with a Stand Over Height of 33 1/2". This Bike is out of my Personal Collection which I will be Reducing in the Coming Months. It is in what I Consider to be Pristine Original Condition. It is All Original with the Exception of New Tires, Tubes and Rim Liners Replaced in 2019. There are Very Few Blemishes on the Bike, the Handlebar Tape has 2 Spots which are Both Pictured, at the Left Top a Slight Tear and at the Right Bottom a Small Piece Pulled Away which can Easily be Cut Off to Prevent Further Pulling. The Frame has a Few Small Blemishes Noticeable Only Because of the Original Yellow Paint. Bicycles Must be Partially Disassembled for Shipping. This One will Have the Handlebars Disconnected from the Stem, Both Wheels Removed and Carefully Zip Tied to the Frame and the Pedals Removed and Boxed within the Bike Box. When the Bike is Reassembled there May be a Need for Some Adjustments to the Shifting and Or Brakes for Proper Functionality. The Serial Number is AJ523598 as Shown in the 7th Picture. Online Research shows that AJ Indicates a Build Date of January 1973. Local Pickup is Also Available.
